Yes, I charge a $699 set-up fee which covers our first onboarding call - where I explain the process, get you set-up in my software, connect to your Google Business Profile, social media accounts and , and upload your past client list for review reactivation.
If you get a new review while working with me I will know what customer has left that review. However, I will not know what customers have left you a review before working with me. I am happy to manually remove anyone who may have already left a review, but Google loves updated reviews right now. After all, the more recent the review the better, so getting old customers to update their reviews can be incredibly valuable. Once a customer has left a review we will no longer message them.
Most users see anywhere from 5%-10% of their previous customer base leave a review during the review reactivation. If you have 1,000 previous customers in your CRM we will be able to get you about 50-100 reviews in the first 4-6 weeks of working with us. I typically see 15-20% of new customers leave a review after service. However in many cases this is more like 40%.
If you serve your customers every week and every week they got a review request and follow-ups that would get annoying. We have a 30-day cool down period. This means if we request a review from Sally and she goes through the follow-ups and never leaves a review. We will not message her for 30 days. After 30 days if Sally is still an active customers and hasn't left a review after her next service she will be asked to leave a review again.
Although I can’t block or filter reviews, that’s against Google’s policy. I can help you proactively ask the right customers at the right time to maximize your chances of great reviews. Businesses can lose their Google Business Profile forever for violating Googles policies. They end up missing out on tens of thousands in revenue. Customers can ALWAYS go directly to Google and leave a negative review so you're never fully safe. A couple of negative reviews won't ruin your business, but getting your profile shut down permanently will.

I recommend 1 initial review request post service then 2 gentle reminders. However, this can be turned up or down in your dashboard. We only request reviews during a review reactivation or after service. We do not constantly request reviews from all your customers every week or month.
After your 14-day free trial you will be charged your set up fee. Set up fees are non-refundable and you are charged month-to-month after that and can cancel at anytime.
