We'll have a 30-minute onboarding call to understand your business, services, website goals and what makes you different. On the call we will obtain the permissions needed to gain access your current website builder, domain and DNS.
Week 1 & 2: Content Development
You have 5 days from our onboarding call to complete our onboarding document which walks you through all of the information we need to update or build your website. It includes: writing or gather content, photos and branding materials such as logos.
Week 3: Design & Build
I'll build your 10-page website with mobile optimization, contact forms, train your AI chatbot and set up all of the automation needed to capture and follow up with leads. You'll get a preview link to review the draft site.
Week 4: Refinements & Launch
We'll make adjustments based on your feedback (up to 2 rounds of revisions included) and test all automations and notifications. Once you approve, we launch your site.

What if I don't have content, photos, or branding ready?
No problem. I'll guide you through exactly what I need. I can also source professional stock photos and write your website copy for an additional fee. You're not doing this alone.
What if I already have a website?
You own your domain name and all the content. The website is hosted on my platform, but if you ever want to leave, I'll export everything and help you transition (after you give 30 days notice per our agreement).
What if I need more than 10 pages?
We can add additional pages for a one-time setup fee. Most security companies find 10 pages is more than enough to cover all services and locations.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, there's a one-time setup fee to build your website, configure automation, and launch everything. After that, it's monthly billing with no long-term contract. You can find pricing details here.
Can I update the website myself or do I need to call you every time?
You get 3 updates per month included in your monthly fee (think: new testimonial, phone number change, service addition). For anything beyond that, I can help for a small fee. Most clients never need more than 3 updates per month.
What happens after the 30 days?
Your website is live and working. You'll start paying the monthly fee which includes hosting, 3 edits per month, CRM access, and ongoing support. No long-term contracts just month-to-month billing.
