PreBoarding Information
We'll have a 30-minute onboarding call to understand your business, services, website goals and what makes you different. On the call we will purchase or obtain the permissions needed to gain access your current website builder, domain and DNS.
Week 1: Content Development
You have 5 days from our onboarding call to complete our onboarding document which walks you through all of the information we need to build your website. It includes: writing or gather content, photos and branding materials such as logos.
Week 2: Design & Build
I'll build your 20-page mobile-optimized website and create the forms and automations needed to capture and follow up with leads. You'll get a preview link to review the draft site.
Weeks 3 & 4: Refine & Launch
We'll make adjustments based on your feedback and test. Once you approve, we launch your site.

What if I don't have content, photos, or branding ready?
No problem. I'll guide you through exactly what I need. I can also source professional stock photos and write your website copy for an additional fee. You're not doing this alone.
What if I want to leave?
If you already own your domain name and all the content. The website is hosted on my platform, but if you ever want to leave, I'll export everything and help you transition (after you give 30 days notice per our agreement).
What if I need more than 20 pages?
We can add additional pages for a one-time setup fee. Most companies find 20 pages is more than enough to cover all services and locations.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, there's a one-time setup fee to build your website, configure automations and launch. After that, it's monthly billing with no long-term contract. You can find pricing details here.
What if I already have a website?
I replace your current website entirely and migrate you to a smart website, consolidating your tech stack and turning your brochure into a 24/7 revenue engine.
Can I update the website myself or do I need to call you every time?
You get 3 updates per month included in your monthly fee (think: new testimonial, phone number change, link addition). For anything beyond that, I can help for a small fee. Most clients never need more than 1-2 updates per month.
What happens after the 30 days?
After your website goes live we will collect the second half of our set up fee and you'll start paying the monthly fee which includes hosting, 3 edits per month, CRM access and ongoing support.
How is this different from hiring a web designer?
